Our STRENGTH class is all about building your strength and muscular hypertrophy with our unique structured and periodised programming. This means you're able to see progression over 12 weeks, taking your strength to the next level. Focussing on compound movements and carefully selected accessory movements, means you leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on your next session.
Our Conditioning classes are designed to focus on cardiovascular health, by conditioning both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. The cardiovascular element of this programme is systemised yet made fun and engaging, so you're able to unlock the potential your body is truly capable of.
Looking for a workout that has it all? Look no further than our Perform class! By combining elements of both STRENGTH and CONDITIONING classes, we’ve created an all-encompassing workout that will challenge your body and push you to new heights. With a unique blend of training styles, you’ll experience the best of both worlds and get the results you’ve been dreaming of. And with our HYBRID conditioning component shifting between METCON style and aerobic/anaerobic energy system conditioning throughout the week, you’ll never get bored and always be challenged.
