Growing up playing rugby league from a very young age through to playing state level, Max has always had a passion for pushing the mind and body beyond limits. Carrying this mindset into 8 years of resistance training, Max has developed an extensive knowledge of health and fitness.
Specializing in strength and hypertrophy training, Max is extremely goal oriented and will go the extra mile to ensure clients are progressing with structured training programs.
