ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We run a 12 week macrocycle, divided into 4 x 3 week blocks, allowing you to progressively build toward the peak week.
General Physical Preparation Phase- Laying the groundwork for technique in foundational movement patterns and compound exercises.
Accumulation Phase- Building strength, endurance and top-end strength with high volume, targeting maximal hypertrophy adaptations and aerobic endurance.
Intensification Phase- Moderate volume strength and endurance training designed to improve strength performance and taper towards more intense lifting and conditioning efforts.
Peak Phase Focus- Fine-tuning low-end strength training to prepare for the testing phase in week 12.
