ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We run a 12 week macrocycle, divided into 4 x 3 week blocks, allowing you to progressively build toward the peak week.

General Physical Preparation Phase- Laying the groundwork for technique in foundational movement patterns and compound exercises.

Accumulation Phase- Building strength, endurance and top-end strength with high volume, targeting maximal hypertrophy adaptations and aerobic endurance.

Intensification Phase- Moderate volume strength and endurance training designed to improve strength performance and taper towards more intense lifting and conditioning efforts.

Peak Phase Focus- Fine-tuning low-end strength training to prepare for the testing phase in week 12.

Joining a new gym can be intimidating, but here at Fitaz we are a warm and welcoming community! Everyone's journey must start somewhere and we will gladly show you around and discuss the best option for you to kickstarting your fitness journey!

Absolutely! We offer a 5 day guest experience to those who have not previously been a member with us. Experience our classes, gym floor and welcoming community.
